QUOTES 7/12/2019

“. . . my wife and I went on a nude cruise. . . As soon as we had left port and the pilot left the Captain came over the loud speaker and announced that it was then clothing optional. . . Dinner in the formal dining room was Dress but everywhere else was optional. Eating on the lido deck, pool side, in the theatre and everywhere else was optional. . . we stopped at Bonaire - where we had chosen . . . a trip to Soroban Naturist Resort. . . We kayaked to the reef, walked part way out and just enjoyed the sun. . . All the time we were at sea they had games to play.  Trivial pursuit . . . football toss, basketball free-throw contests, shuffle board, volleyball, karaoke, dancing.  We participated in a show the crew called the great pretenders which was a lip-sink show.  The crew commented that in all of their time they had seen people pushing the envelope for nudity on stage but had never had clothes completely thrown out before. . . Our final destination was a private island owned by Holland America, known as Half Moon Cay. . . We were able to spend the whole day there in the full moon state and had our lunch on the island served by the island staff - a perfect end to a perfect cruise.” – Kevin

“What kind of silliness . . . BREAST OF A ROBOT WAS CENSORED BECAUSE IT WAS A REVEALING BREAST? . . . [it] looked like a woman’s breast? . . . stupid as when we watched Miss Indonesia beauty pageant 2016.  When they wore ‘kemben’ (Indonesian traditional clothes . . . ), and it was CENSORED! . . . Kemben is traditional clothes, ok?  And it was the way you wear kemben.  Why should you censor it?  Do you think it was something wrong with wearing ‘kemben’?  And if you think it was wrong to wear kemben, should we erase it from Indonesian culture? . . . does the breast of a robot contain pornography? . . . does ‘kemben’ contain pornography? . . . Censoring . . . We must use it wisely. . . Think wisely before you do something.” - https://clothesfreelife.com/2016/10/18/extending-censorship-to-robots-and-traditional-cultural-dress/

“I surmised from a faint foot path that very few bother to come this way, probably because of the power line.  I found my spot, took off the kilt, and laid out a small picnic and enjoyed the afternoon sun.  The lone hiker came over, snapped a photo of the harbor, and left, never looking in my direction from the other side of the small stand of brush.  After a while, I chanced a nice little nap.  I spent the entire rest of the afternoon just being in the moment, from one spot in the universe. . . I could look down between my feet and keep tabs on the constant flow of visitors passing below across the lower slopes to and from their cars.  Around 4:30, as a chill started to seep into the air, I put my kilt back on and returned down a different path to the other trailhead, and then deadheaded back down the road to my car.  Columbus Day proved, in the end, to be an excellent day to go salt water swimming and nude sun bathing down east.” - Dan
