Monday Freehike

I freehiked the Green Gulch Trail and the trails on our land with a NAZ member Monday (7/9/2018).  And nearly every morning I freehike and meditate along the trails on my land.  I love naked hiking!  And I am completely amazed that Amy understands this need.
