NAKED COVID – By Dr. Ken Sunwalker
In the last two months everything has changed because of
the corona virus. But have you? If not, don’t let this opportunity go to
waste!
The benefits of naturism are being recognized NOW! Corona virus is actually good for
naturism! “Now” is the time to come out
of hiding. “Now” is the time to live a
healthy naked lifestyle. “Now” is the
easiest time to share your healthy naturist beliefs. “Now” you can share naturism with family,
friends, and even strangers.
News personalities are recommending people get naked
when arriving home to avoid the virus getting into the house. Consider these thoughts:
“Everyone should take off
their clothes before entering the house to keep the new virus from
entering.” –
Dr. Oz
“As soon as you get home,
take your clothes off!” – Hoda Kotb
Everyone appears to be wearing less at home for
comfort and relaxation. For example, TV
personality Greg Gutfeld says he owns many short robes but no robe belts, and
newsman Jesse Waters wears a tie and suitcoat on camera but only shorts below
that can’t be seen. Now he wears a more
comfortable kilt.
“Anecdotal evidence
suggests that during the lockdown, people are dressing less, if at all, looking
for things to do and keen to throw out the rule book and try new things.” –
Neil Shaw
But what this all boils down to is what are you “doing”
to take advantage of this time? Do you
undress when entering the house? Do you
live naked at home even if family does not?
Do you sleep naked? Do you do
chores naked? Do you cook and eat
naked? Do you watch TV naked? Do you play games naked? And do you tell others? If so, congratulations, you’re living
right. If not, now is the perfect time
to start. Set a goal today related to at
home naturism, such as:
“Starting today, I will
take off my clothes before entering the house and live naked at home
whatever I
do.”
Outside
Research has proven that being outdoors in the fresh
air and sunlight reduces corona virus concerns.
Consider this:
“Our analysis shows that
it [vitamin D] might be as high as cutting the mortality rate in half. It will not prevent a patient from
contracting the virus, but it may reduce complications and prevent death in
those who are infected.” - Dr. Backman
So why do politicians make stay-at-home orders? Statistics show that 66% of New York deaths
resulted from this crazy plan – it only increased deaths. Don’t let people lie to you. States that opened now have reduced levels of
the virus. It turns out that the corona
virus spreads more quickly indoors, so we need to get outside and be as naked
as possible, because the more naked we are, the more vitamin D we absorb.
Now is the perfect time to set a goal related to
naturism outside in your yard, such as:
“Starting today, I will
be naked outside in my yard whatever I do.”
You might modify this if you are embarrassed or concerned
about your neighbors, such as:
“Starting today, I will
wear as little as possible when outside to try and not
offend the neighbors.”
offend the neighbors.”
Or
“Starting today, I will be
naked in more hidden parts of my yard and wear very
little when in more visible parts of my yard.”
little when in more visible parts of my yard.”
Then you might wear only shorts, a sports bra, a kilt,
etc. when visible.
But you should act differently now - the rationale - to
be and stay healthy by avoiding the virus!

The world has changed!
Make this a change for the better.
Even if you don’t feel comfortable being with others because of the
virus, you can and should still take advantage of the Internet – a wonderful
blessing. There are so many options now
that naturists haven’t considered before.
How about a joint meditation session?
How about doing remote nude yoga or fitness exercises together? Or maybe just a simple remote discussion
about a naturist topic, such as things to do naked at home or in the yard. How about a remote workshop teaching others
about the benefits of naturism? How
about a remote naked book reading time for kids? How about sharing past or even current nude
activities remotely? How about a naked
challenge session?
Remote options appear to be endless. They just require a little creativity. Set a goal to plan something today.
Activities
This leads to the consideration of naked
activities. Many can be done alone or
with just a few people. How about living
naked at home? How about
sunbathing? How about freehiking?
But even if you want some company, you can be
selective. You probably know people who
you trust to be corona-free. Why not get
together? Humans need socialization –
don’t let the virus get in the way.
Set an activities goal today - something like this:
“Each month I will socialize
with a few naturist friends who I can trust.”
Tell Everyone
Don’t live in fear.
After all, the statistics are in your favor. The population of Arizona was 7,278,717 in
2019. Deaths from corona virus in
Arizona so far this year are 763. That
equates to .0001%. (You shouldn’t
compare deaths to the number who test positive because the actual number of “true”
positives is uncertain.) (You are more
likely to die in a car crash, yet you drive nearly every day (1,010 in 2018 -
.00014%). Still, we need to learn to
trust again.
“Building
trust can be a challenge – even in the best of times. In our current situation – with fear and
anxiety running high – building trust can seem nearly impossible. So, how do we move forward – and still feel
safe? Well, similar to a young child
whose bicycle training wheels have just been removed, we must attempt to pedal,
know that we might stumble – and that it will take time to gain stability.” -
Susan
We need to act and be naked, even if we are
scared. One way to act now is to share
your goals with others, and who knows, just like the current situation things
can change over-night, this time in favor of naturism! So, post your naked preferences with signs
like “Entering this property means you acknowledge and accept that naturism is
our chosen way of life.” or “Ring the bell if you are NOT offended by social
nudity and we’ll appear nude; use the brass door knocker to the right of the
door if nudity offends your senses.” And
don’t be afraid to write down your goals, post them for others to see, and share
your goals with everyone – naked at home, naked in your yard, plans for remote
activities, and goals for get-togethers.
Now is the perfect time to be open and share!
