QUOTES 2/11/2020

“I have been a naturist since almost thirty years now and enjoy every minute of it.  I believe being naked is nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed of.  This is simply body acceptance.  It shows you how comfortable you are with your body.  We all have different sizes, shapes and skin colors.  We are God's creation.  That's the way He created us.” – Stemefreund, https://www.truenudists.com/members/blogs/

“Nude and unflattering photos of aspiring female Rwandan presidential candidate Diane Shima Rwigara have surfaced online . . . but some young commenters on social media have said they see nothing wrong with the unclad aspirant that were obviously taken in her private time.” – Mark Babatunde, https://face2faceafrica.com/article/diane-rwigara-photos

“The sexualization of women's bodies is a real problem in the U.S. and elsewhere. Marketing, movies, TV, and porn . . . all tell men AND women that women's bodies are for sex first.  (For example, a nude man in a film causes a completely different reaction in an audience than a nude woman.)  I can't speak for anyone else, but this sexualization of women's bodies makes me feel like a prisoner. . . The outside forces are real and they seep into every family. A larger scale cultural change of the understanding of women's bodies is really needed.” – Jen, http://offbeathome.com/parent-nudity-in-house/

“Yesterday I got onto the primitive trail, walked about one hundred yards and then removed my tee shirt and shorts.  I carry a thin cloth shopping bag in a pocket and stuffed the shorts and shirts into it.  Then, enjoying the dappled sunlight and breeze I ventured into the woods.  I walked a good ways until the path lead into an open field. . . Once back in the woods I encountered more swamp, so I skirted it until I reconnected with the path and followed it, thoroughly enjoying the day.  Ultimately the path ended on the main trail and I decided not to dress but to follow the trail until I saw someone or got to the bridge near the parking lot.  I actually got to the bridge where I re-clothed myself and returned to my car.  All in all, I walked about two and a half hours.  It was wonderful.  I usually go at mid-day on work days.  So far at those times I have seen nobody else.” – emd9a, https://www.truenudists.com/group/nude-hikers/last/115758/
